First off, it’s payday today! Had a rather interesting week, starting from Monday when I took the ftt test and surprisingly got full marks for it. I find it rather troublesome to have to take two tests before being allowed to take the practical driving test. Each test requires a excruciating long period of time and does not come free either. If both tests could be combined into one, so many new drivers could save a little but of money. Get five litres of petrol maybe.

The following day, I made a visit to the physiotherapist for a checkup on my back injury. The annoying pain has for the most part subsided, but still resurfaces everytime I cross a certain threshold of physical activity. So the doctor asked told me my muscles are still extremly tensed and questioned whether I had done the exercises prescribed previously. Yes I said. Yep, I lied. After that I had lunch which exceeded my budget. Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered that cup of coffee in the morning and the dessert.

Hit the gym on thursday and today, which is a rather rare occurance. On the advice of my gym fanatic friends, I started on the barbell of 12kg. Previously I only trained on the dumbbell, which isn’t as effective as the barbell. Now my left triceps are throbbing involuntarily and randomly.

Let it be noted that I am typing this post on my phone and let it also be noted how much patience is required to do so. It is as if my phone wants to be replaced by a newer sleeker and faster competitor. But sorry, money is hard to earn, so no. 15 more hours to go.
